She is known for being a big picture thinker and leading execution strategies that increase business outcomes to elevate the employee & customer experience. Alicia has decades of experience in managing teams and leading large scale transformation projects across multiple industries & sectors – including Big 4 Consulting, public commercial, and non-profit. Her expertise and experience include strategy management, talent management, change management, project management, communications, training management, business operations, process improvement, and leadership development. She received her MBA from University of Illinois and studied abroad in the International Marketing Graduate Program at Essec University of Management in Cergy, France. She is a Jackson State University Alumni with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
